The plans will assess local employment opportunities, training facilities and industry demand.<\/p>\n<p>He emphasised introducing courses in emerging skill areas, coordinating with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and reputed engineering colleges, and establishing uniform training standards.<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Secretary also directed regular assessments and third-party audits of training programmes to ensure quality.
