Dehradun: Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the “Uttarakhand Chapter-2025” Times of India Conclave at Fairfield by Marriott, Dehradun, where he discussed the state’s progress, employment, tourism, and security initiatives.

Dhami said that before 2014, India was primarily associated with corruption and scandals, but under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, the country has emerged as a strong nation on the global stage. He highlighted that over 25,000 youth in Uttarakhand have received government jobs under the current government, and more than 100 exam fraudsters have been jailed.

The CM also outlined plans to promote the Char Dham Yatra, winter tourism, and adventure tourism, aiming to establish Uttarakhand as an “Adventure Tourism Hub.”

He noted that the state’s Global Investors Summit, which signed MOUs worth ₹3.56 lakh crore, has already seen projects worth over ₹1 lakh crore implemented. Dhami urged citizens to adopt indigenous products to strengthen the local economy.

Film actor Ashutosh Rana also expressed his views on this occasion. Members of the Public Relations Society of India, Dehradun Chapter, were present on the occasion.
