Dehradun: Kasiga School, Dehradun, successfully hosted its much-anticipated annual sports and exhibition event, where students showcased their exceptional talent in both sports and cultural activities.

The event began with the ceremonial lighting of the torch, and the chief guest, Major General Sanjay Sharma, was welcomed with a floral bouquet. All four houses—Amazon, Nile, Everest, and Pacific—participated enthusiastically in the march past, PT display, and various races.

In the 100-meter race, Mitansh and Radhika Kumar won in the senior category, while Ujjwal and Ishana Roy secured first place in the junior category. In the 400-meter relay, the Amazon House won for senior boys and the Everest House for senior girls.

The title of Best Player was awarded to Mohammad Arshan at the primary level, Ishana and Aryaraj in the junior category, and Sambuddha, Mitansh, and Anushka in the senior category. Everest House received the Best Runner award, while Amazon House was honored for the best march past.

The chief guest appreciated the students’ talent and hard work, emphasizing that such events play a key role in their physical and mental development. The second phase of the program featured a fete, where everyone enjoyed a variety of food and activities.
