Dedicated call centre to take offline registrations for Char Dham pilgrims by Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB) begins at Dehradun
A 15-line call center is being operated at Dehradun headquarters of the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board for the assistance of pilgrims and hoteliers located on the Yatra route during Char Dham Yatra 2023.
Pilgrims who have made hotel booking for Char Dham Yatra but are unable to register through web portal or mobile app, are advised to call toll free number 1364 (from Uttarakhand) or get themselves registered by calling 0135-3520100.
This facility is also being made available to those hotel operators of Uttarakhand, whose customers have not been able to register. Hoteliers can also register their guests by calling the above numbers. However, in such cases, the details of their hotel booking will have to be sent through email id touristcareuttarakhand@gmail.com
