Uttarakhand Transport Corporation has identified scheduled stoppages for restroom and refreshment access to passengers travelling on long distance bus routes between Dehardun and prominent cities of North India. The corporation decided to identify scheduled stoppages to avoid passengers getting fleeced at highway refreshments joints on long distance routes when buses halt at whims of the drivers plying buses.

Dehradun-Delhi Route: Buses plying on this route from rural and Roorkee depots are scheduled to stop at Kwality Cafe at Khatauli in Muzaffarnagar. Buses from to hills, Rishikesh, Haridwar and Srinagar depot are instructed to take a halt at Deepmala Dhaba near Jadoda, Muzaffarnagar.

Delhi-Dehradun Route: Mela Yatri Plaza will be the restroom and refreshment stoppage for buses coming from Delhi to Rural and Rishikesh depot. Prince Chaudhary Dhaba will host passengers of Hill,Roorkee, Haridwar and Srinagar depot buses coming from Delhi.

Dehradun/Haridwar-Ambala-Chandigarh Route: Himachal Dhaba at Manka-Manki, Barara in Ambala will serve passengers of inbound-outbound buses to Rishikesh, Kotdwar, Haldwani, Kathgodam, Almora, Rudrapur, Ramnagar and Kashipur depot

Delhi-Nainital/Tanakpur Route: Buses coming from Almora, Bageshwar, Bhopal, Haldwani, Kashipur, Tanakpur and Lohaghat depots will make a refreshments stoppage at Mela Restaurant, Gajraula. On the same route buses of Kathgodam, Ramnagar, Ranikhet, Rudrapur and Pithoragarh depot will stop at Shivam Tourist Dhaba at Gadhmukteshwar.

Nainital/Tanakpur-Delhi Route: Buses of Kashipur, Ramnagar, Rudrapur, Haldwani, Kathgodam, Ranikhet, Bageshwar and Tanakpur going to Delhi will stop at Kanha Tourist Dhaba at Badrakha. On the same route Almora, Bhopal, Pithoragarh and Lohaghat depot buses will stop at Kanha Shyam Dhaba at Gadhmukteshwar.
