PM Modi’s Visit to Harshil-Mukhwa on Feb 27: Preparations Underway

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Harshil-Mukhwa on February 27, with preparations in full swing. The visit is expected to boost winter tourism in Uttarakhand.

Chief Secretary Smt. Radha Raturi has directed officials to ensure foolproof security and logistics and will personally inspect the site. Key preparations include road repairs, helipad upgrades, temple beautification, water supply improvements, and exhibitions showcasing Uttarakhand’s winter attractions.

District Magistrate Dr. Meherban Singh Bisht confirmed that all arrangements are in the final stages. The visit is expected to highlight Harshil-Mukhwa as a key winter tourism destination.
