To promote voter awareness in Uttarakhand, Chief Electoral Officer Dr. B.V.R.C. Purushottam announced that theme-based programs will be organized every month. He stated that the objective of these programs is to create awareness about voting among all sections of society and ensure their participation in the democratic process.

Dr. Purushottam said, "Our aim is to make every citizen understand the importance of their voting rights and encourage them to exercise it. These theme-based programs will run throughout the year and help connect different sections of society."

The Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), Dehradun Chapter has also assured active cooperation in this initiative. PRSI Dehradun President Ravi Bijarania stated, "We will promote this campaign on all our platforms and make every possible effort to ensure its success."

PRSI Secretary Anil Sati, Treasurer Suresh Bhatt, and other members met with the Chief Electoral Officer to discuss strategies for enhancing voter awareness.

The Chief Electoral Officer further added that this initiative will not only encourage more citizens to engage in the voting process but also play a vital role in strengthening democratic values. Through these awareness programs, efforts will be made to simplify and enhance the effectiveness of the voting process.
