Selaqui International School finished their game as third runners-up at the 9th Handball Championship 2023 held at Dehradun. Team Selaqui played their first semi-final match against Army School, also winner of APS Birpur, but lost.

The winning semi-final match was played between Stadium Trainees and Army School Birpur. Stadium Trainee won the match securing third runners-up title for the Selaqui International School.

Before the semi-final matches, Chairman of the organizing committee, Sushila Rana, Arjun Prasad, Hemant Sharma and Aamir Khan welcomed the chief guests with a memento.

Trophy along with medals and certificates were awarded to the winning team and runners-up teams by Chief Guest of the event Anant Shankar Takwale, DIG Police Headquarters Uttarakhand. Special guest Divya Rawat winner of President`s Award and Sheela Sharma were also present at the ceremony.

Match referee Mohammad Azar, Vinod Mamgam, Nitin Guniyal, Ankit Kumar, Mayank Kothari, Sonakshi, coaches and other dignitaries were also present to witness the occasion.
