Dehradun: The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions is organizing the Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0 nationwide from 1 to 30 November 2025, aiming to digitally empower pensioners and simplify life certificate submission.

On 6 November, camps will be held in Pauri Garhwal, Srinagar, Satpuli, and Kotdwar. Using Aadhaar-based face authentication, pensioners can submit certificates from home via smartphones. The doorstep DLC service by India Post Payments Bank will assist senior and differently-abled pensioners.

Shri Lalita Prasad Pal, Advisor, Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare, along with officials from India Post Payments Bank and State Bank of India, will visit the camps to ensure smooth operations and coordinate among banks, UIDAI, NIC, and local welfare associations.

The campaign involves collaboration with banks, UIDAI, MeitY, NIC, railways, and local welfare groups to promote digital inclusion for pensioners nationwide.
