In a shocking statement, Bobby Panwar, an independent candidate from Tehri, has issued a severe warning to corrupt officials, threatening to take the law into his own hands if swift action is not taken against them. Panwar declared that officials who fail to reform their corrupt practices will face public humiliation, including having their faces blackened and, if necessary, having their arms and legs broken in full public view.

Panwar criticized the current system for its inability to act on collected evidence against corrupt officials, accusing ministers and chief minister of suppressing evidence and protecting the guilty. He emphasized that, despite rigorous efforts to gather proof, no substantial action has been taken, leading him to propose drastic measures to enforce accountability.

This alarming statement has raised significant concerns about the potential for vigilantism and violence in the fight against corruption.
