The two-day cultural extravaganza "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat and Kala Utsav under Rashtriya Ekta Parv 2024-25" concluded with great success at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Hathibarkala, on September 28, 2024.

The event, inaugurated by Principal Mr. Mayank Sharma on September 27, showcased the cultural heritage of Karnataka through a series of captivating performances and exhibitions.

The program brought together students from various Kendriya Vidyalayas in and around Dehradun, including schools from OLF, ONGC, Upper Camp, Hathibarkala No. 2, IIP, Saurkhand, and Mussoorie.

Participants enthralled the audience with a vibrant display of Karnataka`s cultural richness, featuring traditional group dances, solo performances, theatrical presentations, and melodious musical renditions.

One of the standout features of the event was an exhibition of student artworks, highlighting Karnataka`s artistic traditions. From detailed models to traditional artifacts, the exhibition offered a unique glimpse into the state`s craftsmanship and heritage, leaving visitors with a deeper appreciation of its cultural legacy.

In his closing remarks, Principal Mr. Mayank Sharma praised the students for their creativity and dedication, emphasizing the significance of such events in promoting cultural exchange and national unity. "Programs like these play a crucial role in fostering a greater understanding of India`s diverse heritage," he said.
