Madhmaheshwar among Panch Kedars to open for devotees on May 22
Considered to be second Kedar among Panch Kedar in Uttarakhand, portals of Madhmaheshwar will open for devotees from May 22 in Garhwal Himalayas. Meanwhile, elaborate medical arrangements have been done by the Uttarakhand health department to handle any medical emergencies at temple village of Gaundar. Among panch kedars, Kedarnath, Tungnath and Rudranath are traditionally visited before Madhmaheshwar located at an elevation of close to 11,500 feet.
