Dehradun: The Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), Dehradun Chapter, organized a special inspirational session on the theme “Positive Thinking and a Mindful Mind: The Mantra for Effective Public Relations.” The event was held at the HUDCO office on Rajpur Road in collaboration with HUDCO and the Art of Living.

The keynote speaker was Ms. Shweta Golani, a senior teacher of the Art of Living and the State Director for the Government Executive Program (GEP) in Uttarakhand. She highlighted the importance of meditation and mental peace, and explained how mindfulness and a balanced state of mind can bring positivity into the field of public relations. She also shared insights into the various initiatives of the Art of Living.

The session was conducted by Mr. Sanjay Bhargava, Regional Head of HUDCO, who is also an Art of Living instructor. He thanked PRSI for taking this meaningful initiative and emphasized the practical benefits of mindfulness in daily life.

Mr. Ravi Bijaraniya, President of PRSI Dehradun Chapter, stated that positive thinking and mindfulness are the keys to making public relations more effective and meaningful. “If we accept every situation with joy and communicate with a smile, our message becomes far more impactful,” he remarked.

Representatives from various sectors participated in the event and found the experience to be highly beneficial. PRSI Secretary Mr. Anil Sati delivered the vote of thanks.
