Dehradun: NABARD will celebrate its 45th Foundation Day at its Uttarakhand Regional Office in Dehradun on July 14. Uttarakhand Cooperation and Higher Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat will attend the event as the chief guest.

The programme, themed "Increasing Ground Level Credit Flow by Rural Financial Institutions (RFIs)," will highlight NABARD`s 45-year contribution to agriculture and rural development.

During FY 2025–26, NABARD extended ₹5,061 crore in financial assistance in Uttarakhand, recording nearly 19% growth over the previous year. The event will also honour outstanding cooperative institutions, Self-Help Groups, Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) and women entrepreneurs for their contribution to rural development.

The event will also showcase NABARD`s 45-year journey in strengthening agriculture, rural infrastructure and financial inclusion in Uttarakhand.
