Pensioners Embrace Digital Life Certificate Campaign in Pauri

Dehradun: Pensioners in Pauri participated enthusiastically in the Nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0, running from November 1–30, 2025, by the Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW). The campaign simplifies life certificate submission and promotes digital empowerment.

Camps were held at the India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) Head Post Office, Pauri, and SBI branches in Pauri, Srinagar Garhwal, Base Hospital, HNB Srinagar, Satpuli, and Kotdwar. Officials assisted pensioners using Aadhaar-based Face Authentication, enabling certificate submission from home.

Shri Lalta Prasad Pal, Consultant, visited the Pauri camp on November 6 and interacted with pensioners. The initiative has seen strong participation, with a nationwide target of over two crore certificates.

The Department reaffirmed its commitment to Ease of Living and Digital Empowerment through technology-driven reforms.
