Uttarakhand Boxers Shine with Three Gold Medals, Climbs to 10th Position in Medal Tally
Uttarakhand`s athletes delivered an outstanding performance in the boxing competition at the National Games 2025, securing three gold medals. In addition, the state also won two silver medals, bringing the total medal count to 44.
So far, Uttarakhand has won eight gold, 19 silver, and 17 bronze medals, marking a historic achievement. With this remarkable performance, Uttarakhand has surpassed states like Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh to claim the 10th spot in the medal tally.
The impressive success of the state`s athletes has fueled excitement among sports enthusiasts, and coaches believe that Uttarakhand has the potential to win even more medals in the upcoming events.
