Dehradun: In a proud moment for the public relations fraternity and Uttarakhand, Dr. Ajit Pathak has been unanimously re-elected as the National President of the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) for a record-breaking 21st term. The announcement came during the formation of the new National Executive Committee (2025–2027) in New Delhi.

Dr. Pathak, India’s first doctorate holder in Public Relations and a former General Manager at Indian Oil Corporation, is known for his global contributions to the field. His re-election was welcomed by members of the PRSI Dehradun Chapter, including Secretary Anil Sati and Treasurer Suresh Bhatt.

“This is a great honour for Uttarakhand,” said Sati. “As Dehradun prepares to host the National PR Conference 2025, Dr. Pathak’s leadership will be invaluable.

Expressing his deep connection to Uttarakhand, Dr. Pathak said:

The re-election marks a renewed push to elevate ethical PR practices, skill development, and global collaboration—with Dehradun set to play a key role as the next national host city.
