Dehradun: Organizers of the “India Digital Empowerment Meet and Awards” met Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami at his residence on Thursday and discussed various aspects of the upcoming event.

The Chief Minister said such platforms focusing on Artificial Intelligence, technology, and science are the need of the hour. He expressed confidence that the outcomes of the conference will contribute positively to digital growth in the state and the country.

Highlighting Uttarakhand’s importance, he noted that over 60 million pilgrims and tourists visit the state annually, strengthening its economy. He added that the state offers strong potential in tourism, film shooting, industrial investment, and destination weddings, with the government actively working to enhance infrastructure in these sectors.
