Under District Magistrate Savin Bansal’s leadership, the Dehradun administration auctioned assets worth 16.21 crore rupees of defaulter Pradeep Agarwal. The case, pending for three years, was resolved after decisive action. An FIR has been filed against Sanjeev Thapliyal and his associates for attempting to disrupt the auction.

In a separate move, a flat owned by Golden Era Infotech Pvt. Ltd. was sealed to recover 78 lakh rupees in RERA dues.

Thanks to Bansal’s efforts, the district`s revenue recovery rate has risen from 30% to 95%, the highest in the state. He has directed all tehsils to ensure full recovery and is personally overseeing the process.

The administration is committed to protecting public funds and will not tolerate defaulters or financial wrongdoers.
