A crucial meeting of private school managers was held in Saigrace Academy International Raipur, Dehradun to discuss various challenges and issues in the education sector. Suggestions were presented to implement a trademark process for securing school identities, enforce the Fee Act effectively, and ensure smooth implementation of the New Education Policy for the 2025-26 academic session.

The meeting also called for strict government action under the Tuition Regulation Act to prevent the admission of dummy students in coaching institutes. Additionally, the need to allocate adequate time and resources to address the shortage of CTET-trained teachers was emphasized.

A proposal was made to ensure the timely payment of fees under the Right to Education (RTE) Act by submitting a memorandum to the government through district authorities. The meeting also resolved to engage in dialogue with the Chief Minister, the Education Minister, and senior officials of the Education Department to address these issues.

Dr. Kishor Kumar Pant (President), Dr. Samar Jeet Singh (Vice President), Satya Prakash Bhatnagar (Secretary), and Pradeep Kumar Pandey (Treasurer) were present at the meeting.

The association committed to implementing all approved proposals and taking concrete steps toward their execution. Efforts to establish communication with the state government to resolve the challenges faced by private schools will be prioritized soon.
