A meeting was held by Uttarakhand government secretary Dhiraj Singh Garbyal with officials and members of the organizing committee to review preparations for the upcoming 38th National Games. The secretary directed that top priority be given to providing accommodation, medical, security, and transport facilities for players and dignitaries.

Arrangements for players` stay near the sports venues in nearby hotels were emphasized, along with the deployment of doctors and ambulances for medical services. The organizing committee was instructed to coordinate with the district administration and other departments to complete all preparations within the timeline.

The secretary also stressed strengthening transportation planning, security, crowd management, and volunteer arrangements at the sports venues. The 38th National Games are seen as a major opportunity to enhance Uttarakhand`s national and international recognition.
