Dehradun: The Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) Dehradun Chapter, the executive body has approved the proposal to launch the official event brochure for the upcoming 47th All India PRSI National Conference 2025, to be held in Dehradun this December under the chairmanship of PRSI, Shri Ravi Bijarnia.

Addressing the specially convened meeting at Hudco office, Rajpur Road, Shri Bijarnia announced that the Dehradun Chapter has been entrusted with the responsibility of hosting the national conference, a decision formally taken during the previous PRSI conference in Raipur. He informed that the three-day event, scheduled from December 13 to 15, 2025, will focus on interactive and participative sessions exploring diverse dimensions of communication, innovation, and nation-building.

“We believe the forthcoming national conference will offer delegates and speakers an enriching experience on the evolving importance of public relations woven around the broader theme of ‘Empowering Growth, Preserving Roots – The PR Vision for 2047’,” said Shri Bijarnia.

Highlighting logistical preparations, he added that the conference venue has been finalised on Sahastradhara Road, chosen for its accessibility, scenic surroundings, and adequate space to accommodate over 400 participants, including communication professionals, corporate leaders, academicians, dignitaries, and thought leaders from 25 PRSI chapters across India. The venue will also feature dedicated areas for exhibitions, networking, and delegate interactions.

Earlier, Chapter Secretary Shri Anil Sati, in his opening remarks, shared that since its inception in 1992, this will be the second time after 2018 that the Dehradun Chapter has been given the honour to host the prestigious national event. He called upon all members to work with collective spirit and commitment to make the conference a memorable and impactful success.

The meeting concluded with the chapter’s resolve to ensure that Dehradun 2025 becomes a landmark edition of the PRSI National Conference celebrating silver jubilee year of Uttarakhand and reinforcing India’s communication vision for 2047.

On the occasion Shri Sanjay Bhargava, Zonal Head, Hudco, Treasurer Suresh Bhatt, Sanjay Pandey, Rohit Nautiyal, Aman Naithani, Navin Kandari and other members of PRSI were present.
