CM Helpline 1905 in Uttarakhand has transformed into 24x7 facility for common man to register complaints. The complaints received on the helpline will also be reviewed twice a month to oversee disposal in timely manner.

CM helpline will also redress complaints at tehsil and district level. While reviewing impact of CM Helpline at State Secretariat, the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami directed officials to organize Tehsil Jan Samarpan Divas on the first and third Tuesday of every month to resolve common man’s issues.

In the new version of CM Helpline 1905, apart from dialing 1905, the facility of web portal, mobile app and audio call recording feature has also been provided. Now along with taking help 24 hours on CM helpline 1905, the facility to register complaints will also be available.

The Chief Minister instructed the officers that the CM Helpline 1905 should be reviewed twice a month by the respective departments and he would himself performance of the helpline in the last week of every month.

He also stressed upon creating awareness about CM Helpline 1905 and asked officials to ensure that the general public gets the benefit of this helpline created for redressal of public problems and complaints. He said that good governance is our responsibility and grievances of the people shall get resolved at every level of the administration and shall not get escalated to a higher level for redressal.
