A meeting of the ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ district-level task force was held under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Savin Bansal. Several ambitious plans aimed at empowering girls were approved during the meeting.

A door-to-door survey will be conducted to identify dropout girls aged 10-18, ensuring their re-enrollment in schools. Financial assistance will be provided, including school fees, uniforms, books, and hygiene kits.

Interested girls will receive vocational training in fields like architecture, computer sciences, and medical sciences with financial support. Motivational tours and wall-painting programs will also be organized to inspire and showcase their skills.

To assist working mothers, daycare crèche facilities will be introduced to ensure proper childcare and a safe environment for children.

Awareness rallies will be organized with participation from girls in educational institutions. Promotional materials like calendars, diaries, badges, and caps will be prepared to spread awareness about girls` education and safety.

The District Magistrate emphasized that these initiatives will play a significant role in empowering girls and contributing to overall societal development.
