DM Cracks Down on Construction Norm Violations, QRT Formed

District Magistrate Savin Bansal has formed a Quick Response Team (QRT) to monitor road-cutting and construction activities after complaints of rule violations.

The DM stated that carrying out daytime work, despite permission for nighttime only, is causing public inconvenience and increasing accident risks. The QRT will conduct regular inspections, and strict legal action will be taken against violators.

The team includes SDM Kumkum Joshi, Gaurav Chatwal, Superintendent Engineer Mukesh Parmar, Traffic Superintendent Mukesh Thakur, and CO Traffic Police Anuj Kumar. This initiative aims to ensure compliance, public safety, and accountability.
