On the occasion of the Uttarakhand government completing three years in office, various programs will be organized across the state. Chief Secretary Mrs. Radha Raturi has issued necessary instructions to all District Magistrates for the successful execution of these events.

The main event will be held in Dehradun on March 23, 2025, where Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami will address the public at 12:30 PM. This address will be broadcast live across all district and block headquarters.

From March 22 to March 25, multi-purpose camps and medical camps based on the theme "Public Service" will be organized in all districts. These camps will provide free health check-ups, distribution of medicines, and information about various government welfare schemes.

The programs in each district will be chaired by the respective district’s Minister-in-Charge or Member of Parliament. Cultural programs showcasing Uttarakhand’s folk traditions, dance, music, and art will also be part of the celebrations. Additionally, the Information Department will release a development booklet, and success stories of beneficiaries of government schemes will be widely publicized.

Furthermore, from March 24 to March 30, similar camps will be organized at each assembly constituency and block level. District Magistrates have been directed to ensure all necessary arrangements and wide publicity to maximize public participation and benefits.
