Dehradun will host public relations and communication professionals from across the country as the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) organizes its 47th National Conference from December 13–15. This year’s theme is “Viksit Bharat @2047: Empowering Growth, Preserving Roots.”

The conference will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, with Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi and MP Naresh Bansal as special guests.

Across three days, key sessions will focus on Uttarakhand’s 25-year development journey, the role of media and PR in Viksit Bharat, GST and technology, Indo–Russian PR collaboration, cybercrime, AI, HR, and strategic marketing. The participation of Russian delegates will add an international dimension to the event.

The conference will conclude on December 15 with Cabinet Minister Subodh Uniyal as the chief guest. Cultural performances and traditional Uttarakhand cuisine will also be highlights of the closing day.
