Preparations are in full swing for Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s upcoming visit to inaugurate the 38th National Games. District Magistrate Savin Bansal held a review meeting with concerned officials at the Rishiparna Auditorium to assess the arrangements and issued necessary instructions.

The DM emphasized that all arrangements must be made in accordance with the protocol. He directed officials to remain stationed at their designated duty points and coordinate effectively to ensure smooth execution. The meeting focused on finalizing the seating plan, streamlining travel routes, and other logistical arrangements.

The DM instructed all officials to pay close attention to even the smallest details to ensure that no issues arise during the Prime Minister`s visit.
