Dehradun: The three-day Uttarakhand Food Festival 2025, held from December 26 to 28, concluded on a high note, celebrating the state’s rich cuisine, culture, and music. The festival drew large crowds, including domestic and international tourists.

Visitors enjoyed traditional dishes like barnyard millet kheer, bhatt curry, and mandua roti, alongside popular fusion foods. Cultural performances, folk dances, and live music added to the festive atmosphere.

Top performers were honoured across categories, while officials said the event provided a strong platform for local entrepreneurs, self-help groups, and the hospitality sector. Organisers pledged to make the festival bigger and grander in the coming years to further boost tourism and local businesses.
